We only offer exchanges and do not provide returns or refunds.

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at alihassan78377229@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing and approving your request, we will arrange an exchange. The exchange process may take up to 11 business days to complete.

Products that are correct, used, damaged due to misuse, or requested for exchange because of a change of mind, size, color, or personal preference are not eligible for exchange. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
